To keep up with changes, we suggest checking these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site, we take that as your acceptance of the new terms.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Everything on our site related to our products—including designs, photos, software, text, and any other content we call “Website Content”—belongs to Packaging Island. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We own all the rights to this content, and you cannot use it without our written permission.
Customer-Generated Content
If you upload or use any content with our products or services—like photos, designs, logos, or other copyrighted work—you’re responsible for it. Make sure you have the rights to use any third-party content. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute anything that is offensive, harmful, or that violates someone else’s rights.
At Packaging Island, we own all the content on our website, but we can’t take responsibility for anything created or posted by our users. We do not promise that user content will be accurate, high-quality, or legal.
Website Use Guidelines
Personal Information: If you order something, you may need to give us personal or business details to complete the order.
Order Placement
Ordering from Packaging Island is easy. Just send us a completed order form—either online or on paper—with all the product details you need. Make sure you double-check that you like the design and the print settings before you hit send. Once we get your confirmed order, it go to our production team. We can’t change the order after you confirm it.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order during the time frames below, but fees will apply:
– Within 4 hours of confirmation: 5% of the total order amount.
– Within 24 hours: 50% of the total payment.
– After 24 hours: Cancellation is not guaranteed and will depend on the order’s production status.

Proof and Color Accuracy
Before you sign off on your order, please check the final proof closely. Look at the layout, content, punctuation, and image placement. Keep in mind that electronic proofs don’t always show transparency and color the way they will appear in print.
Colors also shift between RGB (which you see on your screen) and CMYK (used in printing). This can lead to small differences between your monitor and the actual product. We do our best to keep these differences small, but we can’t promise perfect color matching. When you place an order, you agree to these possible changes.
Order Processing and Shipping Policy
We’ll get started on printing your order as soon as we get full payment and the final artwork. Packaging Island isn’t responsible for delays that come from outside sources, like bad weather, customs, shipping carriers, or unexpected tech issues.
We aim to produce and ship high-quality products on time. While we try to meet every deadline, outside factors mean we can’t promise exact shipping dates. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we do everything we can to give you the best service.
